Our Team
Michael R. Brown received his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Magna Cum Laude and High Honors, from Brigham Young University. He next earned both a Law degree and a Master of Business Administration degree from Brigham Young University in 1983. He has been a member of the California Bar since 1983 and is recognized by it as a Certified Tax Specialist.
Mr. Brown worked as corporate counsel and then for the tax department of Arthur Andersen & Co. He is a Certified Public Accountant as well as an Attorney. He has been practicing law in Orange County since 1987. He has spoken and written articles giving tax, business and estate planning advice.
Mr. Brown and his wife, Jennifer, have four children. He has served many years as a leader for the Boy Scouts of America and is a member of Rotary International.
Jesse Brown earned a degree in English Literature from Brigham Young University in 2010. He began working at Brown and Brown in 2012, and completed a legal apprenticeship through the Law Office Study Program in 2025. He and his wife Carolyn have three children.
